Don Lolo La suite du très bon "songs about music" est de qualité. Peut-être moins inoubliable que son prédécesseur mais ça fait plaisir de retrouver ce très bon groupe d'électro pop Favorite track: When We Were Old.

if i die before the next new year let no one say i didn't try too little, too late, with my heart in the right place found the right place next to you draw a line from the house where we met to the next big thing do our paths intersect (nothing!) i was only joking but there's nothing left but psychiatry and love songs and all the girls, all the birds, singing you're so and we're so sweet i know and we're so sweet i know, i know, i know, i know, i know and if we live forever in some computer in the cloud everything we worked for, everything we made will mean nothing maybe it did anyway

well you called me yesterday when i was sleeping so i listened to your message in my room if i told you everything you might believe it but all i could say was 'be home soon'

about

The second full-length from Coltrane Motion takes the Chicago duo's dance-and-drone formula to the next level, smothering sunburnt melodies in a haze of distorted guitar and swirling organ. Fuzzed-out drum loops and analog synths tear through the thick shoegazer fog, leaving behind a raucous mess of pulsing, noisy psych-pop.

about

Coltrane Motion Chicago

hey, let's make a dance record that sounds like what we dance to: girl groups and big beat and fuzzed-out indiepop / let's make a shoegaze laptop record out of drum breaks, guitar drone and broken synthesizers / yeh, let's call it rock n roll
